"Our family of 10 (ages 4-50) stayed here over the Christmas weekend and this place was amazing! I was skeptical because there were no reviews, but being that this was a last-minute trip we were running out of options. I made several calls to management to confirm my reservation and they were always friendly and professional. This property is exactly as pictured; the location and amenities were exactly as described and we had no issues during our stay. Our family is huge and the kids are extremely active but there was plenty of space and fun for everyone. This may sound silly but we all fit at the kitchen table! That has never happened unless we are at a restaurant so it was really nice being able to have several meals together and all of us at one table. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped, and the game room...the adults enjoyed it just as much as the kids. The garage is big enough to park a large vehicle; our 12 passenger Nissan fit with plenty of room to spare. The wifi worked great, there are Sonos speakers in the game and living rooms (just download the app), plenty of linens, Nest programmed heating, and the list of good things goes on. The neighborhood is quiet and the view is so beautiful. I have nothing negative to say, whoever designed this place literally thought of everything. "We loved this house! It's very spacious with a large living room and kitchen and lots of bedrooms. The owners are new and have filled the house with all new furniture and amenities. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped. There is a great games room downstairs with a new pool table and table football. A nice touch were the Sonos speakers, so you could play music directly from your phone. The back of the house opens onto a very large wooded area that seems like would be really nice in the summer for being outside. We were there for a ski trip and it was cold outside - I most liked the fact that the interior of the house felt very modern and warm. The owners were really nice and helpful - you can tell that they put a lot of attention into all the details to make it an attractive and comfortable home. "Had a small family reunion (ages from 80+ to less than one year old) last Summer. We had a blast. The living room is spacious and open to the kitchen. Perfect for the family members to mingle even some of us were busy cooking in the kitchen. We didn't miss any actions. Downstairs level was perfect for the night owls who want to play to the wee hours when the older folks needed to catch some zzzzzzz upstairs. The home also has a very nice mountain view with all the pine trees. Very relaxing and peaceful. Besides hanging out on the property, it was also very convenient to go to the nearby beach. Yes, no kidding, there was a sandy beach. Hiking, water rafting were also available. A few of us even find time to use the club. If you want to be out of the SF hustle and bustle.
