Great family condo in the best location! Minutes from downtown Tahoe City and Palisades Tahoe. Gas fireplace to enjoy your evenings by! This well priced condo allows you to take advantage of all of Lake Tahoe activities.

Enter into large foyer where you can store your boots, skis, and active wear. Upstairs hosts a comfortable living room, kitchen, and dining area for your friends and family. The kitchen is fully stocked for your cooking needs! For all those pickleball fans, the complex now has a nice court to use. The bedrooms, laundry area, and a shared bathroom are on the lower level - enjoy the cooler evenings at this complex during hot summer nights.

Location:
Downtown Tahoe City with an abundance of great restaurants, shopping, coffee shops, etc. Miles of easily accessible paved bike/hiking trails minutes from your front door. In the Winter months, ski resorts include Granlibakken Resort, Palisades Tahoe, and Northstar. Cross country skiing is close by and rentals are available at Tahoe Cross Country Ski Area.

Parking:
There is parking available for 2 cars max anywhere in the complex and in front of the condo.
Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.

Other things to Note:
* Renters must be 25+
* This is a non-smoking home.
* Pets are not allowed at this home.
* Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 6 adults.
* Use of the BBQ is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access.
* Like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There will be fans available for your use!

**Available for 2025 ski lease starting as early at January 8, 2025. $3,200 per month for rent per month for rent, garbage, internet and driveway snow removal. Online booking is not available, so please review the ski lease tab, then contact us for more information to determine the next steps to ski or ride like a local this season!

We stayed here for 10 days during a great snow storm. The place was well equipped and very comfortable. Some nieghbors helped out to mover our car when the snow plow came and when we unfortunately locked our keys in the house one evening, the company was really easy to work with to get into the home.

We love this place! Our family of four (2 adults and 2 teenage daughters) took a little COVID break here and had the time of our lives. Everything was as described, and more! The location was ideal for us. There were 2 small beaches (Dollar Point and Skylandia) within walking distance, and King's Beach was a short drive of 15 minutes or so. The pool was open and appeared to be very lightly used. Parking is directly in front of the unit, making loading and unloading a breeze.For those more interested in staying in, the place has a fully stocked kitchen and modern entertainment system. Just don't forget to log out from your streaming service before you leave. There's also a HUGE washer and dryer, so go ahead and pack light. The water pressure is excellent and the water heater worked beautifully. We took four post-lake showers in a row one evening and the hot water held out for all of them.

Great experience for me and the family. This was a get-together trip for our family and we really felt at home in the unit. It was spacious enough for the 6 of us (all adults). Our favorite is the kitchen/living room. It was a complete home, all the equipment you'll need for the kitchen was there and the entertainment equipment was TECHNICALLY UPDATED (Apple TV, sound bar, etc.). The place was very clean, they also have laundry facilities which is helpful after a day at the beach. The house is also near a downtown area, beach and lots of shops/restaurants are very near. Definitely highly recommended!

We had a wonderful time in the condo! The location is amazing, and is 1.5miles outside the cutest town in Tahoe! There is so much to do in the town. We loved being right across the street from the walk/bike path. Most morning we would run or jog into town. That was one of our favorite parts! We also loved having the gas fireplace in our condo! It was very cold at night and the early mornings. The fireplace made our condo feel very cozy!!
We are so glad you love the location and convenience of our condo. Being active is part of the experience of the lake and the bike path makes it fun and easy. The new gas fire place does make for beautiful ambiance!
