The lower floor has 2 bedrooms, the primary king bedroom and a queen bedroom with a shared hallway bathroom. The mid floor has one queen bedroom and also features the kitchen, living room, hall bathroom and dining area. The loft has two twin beds, this is open air to the below living and dining area. 

You will fall in love with this fully remodeled condo as it has lots of space as well as the comfort of home. Relax with a good book or morning cup of coffee on the back deck, or take a stroll around the complex to the pool and tennis courts.

Location:
The condo is just 6 miles to Northstar ski resort, minutes from great hiking, and is about 1 mile to downtown Kings Beach, the large public beach, and grocery store.

Parking:
Parking is available for 2 cars total. All cars must park in designated spaces. No street parking per county ordinance.
Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter.

Other things to Note:
* Renters must be 25+
* This is a non-smoking home.
* Pets are not allowed at this home.
* Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 8 adults.
* Use of the BBQ is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access.
* Like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There will be fans available for your use!

We love Kingswood Village, and have always loved the convenient, quiet location with access to the pool. The condo was fully stocked with remodeled kitchen & bathrooms, which were very nice. The water pressure is poor, so the showers are a bit underwhelming. Unfortunately, the bedrooms, loft & living room could use an upgrade also. The bedding, & mattresses need a serious rehab, & the pillows are disgusting. At the very least there should be protective covers on the pillows that are washed in between each use. The kitchen is well stocked, but chaotic.

We had a family trip in Lake Tahoe and stayed at Kingswood Village. The rental was spacious for 7 of us. Kitchen was great with all utensils/dishes etc. that we needed. Great location as close to many activities and restaurants. Tahoe Rental Company was very responsive to any questions that we had. Would definitely rent at Kingswood Village again.
