What a wonderful place to stay! We enjoyed everything about this charming home.The location is perfect for so many activities and we took advantage of them all. After a lake day, paddle boarding, river rafting, bike ride and hiking we could easily relax in the wonderfully quiet home. Thank you for sharing paradise with us. We hope to return again in the future.

Great homey stay during the holidays. Our party of 6 easily found room to spread out and enjoy this wonderfully located home in Carnelian Bay. One suggestion would be to upgrade the water heater; showers had to be short and well coordinated with others.

This 3+ bedroom house is designed to accommodate large groups, so my wife and I had lots of room. From the 8-foot dining room table, inexhaustible supply of dining and cookware, to the 5 TV's there is lots of room. The wifi (2G and 5G) was strong, which is important to us. The house is on a corner lot so there's a bit more traffic than we liked, but it was well off the main road. One particularly nice feature was indoor garage parking with a supplied remote clicker.

This home was very clean and inviting. Plenty of room for 6 or more people. The home was roomie and near town, making it very easy to enjoy the Tahoe sights and locations. Some downsides to the home were that the TV was near its end, the picture was poor, the bed mattresses were rather hard (we prefer a softer mattresses) and a few of the appliances were broken (which was a very minor inconvenience) Overall, this was a very nice, inviting home. I would recommend it every day, and any day, over a small uninviting Hotel/Motel room.

Very clean rooms. And they have all cooking utensils and cookwares. 5 minutes drive to safeway. Kids can walk to beach. Very convenient.

I was able to easily book this place at the rather last minute. And am so glad I did. The home is well stocked with lots of kitchen things, towels for the beach, coolers and outdoor gear. The interior is a bit dated, and alsonis full of so much stuff and Nick-knacks. It feels like you’re staying in someone’s home, not just a vacation rental property. We all had a great vacation and would love to come back again. Super close to carnelian Bay (not walking distance, but a close drive), and a 10 minute drive to Kings Beach. Our pup loved walking around the neighborhood and we enjoyed grilling on the large deck.The key was hard to find (located on the railing at the stairs), and the front door is actually on the side of the house facing the garage. Other then a little confusion arriving, everything else went smoothly.
Isn't it great when a last minute plan works our perfectly? We are so glad that you and your pup had such a great time! We would love to see you back with us so please keep us in mind for your next Tahoe vacation! Tahoe Rental Company

This cozy cabin is located in Carnelian Bay.  Enjoy comfortable furnishings, an open floor plan, and a warm fire after a long day of adventure!  Home includes 3 bedroom with additional den, 2.5 bathrooms and a 2 car garage for parking.

Some of the enjoyments of the home are the large kitchen that opens to the living and dining room. Enter into the lower level where you will find the kitchen, living room, den and primary bedroom. There is a shared full bathroom on this level as well. Upstairs you will find 2 more bedrooms and a shared hallway bathroom.  

There is a two car garage with plenty of room for your cars and all your ski equipment. You are 20 minutes away from Palisades Tahoe, Alpine Meadows, and Northstar.  Minutes from Tahoe City and Kings Beach shopping, grocery stores and restaurants.

Parking:

Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.

Other things to Note:
* Renters must be 25+ 
* This is a non-smoking home. 
* Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 8 adults.
* Use of the BBQ is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access.
* Like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There will be fans available for your use!
