It features a private bath with shower, and is a great space for children and adults. The Kitchen is fully equipped with updated appliances, counter seating and open to the living area with a large dining table and high pine ceilings. The Tahoe style furniture adds to the ambiance. Great room has T.V, cable, DVD, VHS and CD player, Wi-Fi, games and movies. The home has a large, new expansive deck with a table for dining, gas barbecue and Adirondack chairs for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning. The home is in walking distance of Homewood Ski Resort. Plenty of parking for 4 cars or three cars and boat with trailer.

Homewood is located on the West Shore of Lake Tahoe and our home is on a quiet street in the Chamberlands neighborhood. We are one block from the popular Paige Meadows Trailhead, which provides easy access for hiking and biking in the summer, and snowshoeing, cross country, and sledding in the winter. During the summer, you have access to Chamberlands private beach, pool and tennis courts. Ride bikes to the beach or take the shuttle bus that conveniently runs all day. Access to Emerald Bay is just a short drive away. For winter guests,our home is located 5 minutes from Homewood Ski Resort and a short drive from Alpine Meadows and Squaw Valley Ski Resorts. Olympic quality cross country trails are just a short drive away at Ed Z'berg Sugar Pine Point State Park. Parking:
Parking is available for a maximum of 3 vehicles in the driveway. All cars must park on the driveway. No street parking per county ordinance.
Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.
Other things to Note:
* Renters must be 25+
* This is a non-smoking home.
* Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 8 adults.
* Use of the BBQ is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access.
* Like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There will be fans available for your use!
