We enjoyed our stay! It was a perfect location on the northern end of the lake. Lots to do nearby. Loved staying in Tahoe City! The kitchen was dark when trying to cook in the evening. Very dim lighting and not enough in the kitchen near the stove or in the living room. It would be nice to add more brighter light fixtures or lamps. The shower heads were also very low and we had to duck to wash our hair. It would've been nice as an added bonus for them to include beach towels and chairs, etc as we were from out of state and couldn't pack those types of things and didn't want to buy them. We rented this house last minute for our honeymoon as the road to the first house we booked was under construction and not accessible. For a last minute find it was awesome! Bang for our buck. Overall we enjoyed the house!

This spacious home offers you plenty of space to spread out and enjoy your Tahoe Vacation in peace. The top two floors of the home are yours to enjoy privately and consists of large kitchen, living room with fireplace, dining area,  2 bedrooms PLUS a loft!

This large home offers you plenty of space to spread out and enjoy your Tahoe Vacation in peace. The top two floors of the home are yours to enjoy privately and consists of large kitchen, living room with fireplace, and dining area, and 2 bedrooms PLUS a loft! Note: Basement has a locked off area for owners. You will be notified if owners are coming (very infrequent). 

The beautiful real wood fireplace will keep you nice and toasty all year long. The living room has plenty of seating for your entire group to enjoy and there are picturesque windows to enjoy also from living, kitchen, and dining areas. Upstairs you will find a master suite with private bathroom, and plenty of storage in the closets. There is a second bedroom with additional queen set up and a shared bathroom in the hall. There is a sizable loft space for additional sleeping. This area will sleep an additional 4 people, whether it be adults or children.

Loft: Twin/Double Bunk, plus 3 twin beds

Parking:
3 vehicle max. All cars must park on the driveway. No street parking per county ordinance.

Otherwise things to Note:
* Renters must be 25+ 
* This is a non-smoking home. 
* Pets are not allowed at this home. 
* Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 8 adults. 
* Use of the BBQ is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access.
* Like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There will be fans available for your use!
