This charming home in Talmont Estates of Tahoe City is the perfect location for beach goers, hikers, and anyone that loves the snow. Visit the Tahoe Park beach that is well equipped with BBQ grills, lawn areas, private beach, etc. Avoid the crowds of the public beaches with this exclusive access.
This adorable cabin has 3 levels. The main level has a nice living room with wood fireplace, dining and kitchen area as well as one bedroom. The lowest level has an open room with a Queen Bed and the upper most level of the home has two more bedrooms.
The home is located near hiking and biking trails. Enjoy a walk, hike or bike in the summer to Paige meadows, and in the winter bring those snowshoes and cross country skis and enjoy the same trails to absolute beauty and serenity.

While the kids (and a few grown-up kids) have a snow day on the property's yard, perhaps others will want to venture out to the local ski spots like Homewood, and Alpine Meadows/Palisades. On a summer day, you will be only a few minutes from beautiful lake beaches. You may choose to grab a latte and breakfast at Tahoe House Cafe or a hearty breakfast at Fire Sign Cafe. For a night out, explore the restaurants in Tahoe City.

Maximum number of dogs allowed is 2, additional fees apply per dog.
Parking:
Parking is available for 3 cars total. All cars must park on the driveway. No street parking per county ordinance.
Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.
Other things to Note:
* Renters must be 25+
* This is a non-smoking home.
* Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 6 adults.
* Use of the BBQ is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access.
* Like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There will be fans available for your use!
