This cozy two-level home is designed for comfort and relaxation. The main floor features two bedrooms with extra-long twin beds, ideal for families or groups. The open-concept kitchen and living area create a perfect gathering space for making memories, highlighted by a gas fireplace for unwinding after a day of adventure. Step out onto the expansive deck off the dining room to savor your morning coffee while soaking in the fresh Tahoe air and stunning lake vistas.

The second level offers two additional bedrooms, each furnished with queen beds to ensure restful nights. Whether you're traveling with family or friends, everyone will find their own space to relax and recharge.

Location: 
While some may want to stick around the house and have a snow day at the property, perhaps others will want to venture out to the local ski spots like Northstar (12 miles away) and Palisades Tahoe/Alpine Meadows (10 miles away). On a summer day, you will be only a few minutes from beautiful lake beaches. You may choose to head into Tahoe City for many breakfast and dining options or to enjoy walking the local shops..

Parking:
Parking is available for 4 cars total. All cars must park on the driveway. No street parking per county ordinance.
Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months. 

Other things to Note:
* Renters must be 25+ 
* This is a non-smoking home. 
* Pets are not allowed at this home.
* Maximum occupancy per county ordinance is 8 adults.  
* The use of the BBQ is not guaranteed in the winter months.
* Like most Tahoe homes, this one does not have air conditioning.  Fans will be available for your stay. 
* Renters do not have access to the Dollar Point HOA, please contact our office for nearby recommended beach access.

Got to explore Tahoe’s natural beauty while having a a cozy and charming cabin to stay at with my friends. A friend of mine left their wallet and management quickly found it afterward and shipped it out to him. Would stay here again!
