In the summer, you can take advantage of the Chamberlands amenities, including access to a private beach. Clean, comfortable, and budget-friendly, it provides a peaceful atmosphere for everyone.

Step into a large and inviting living room with an oversized sectional, flat screen TV, and open concept to the dining and kitchen area. Down the hall are the three bedrooms, the primary features an ensuite bathroom, and two queen bedroom sharing a bathroom. Situated with the family in mind, it allows for peace and quiet throughout the home with it's single level living.

The large backyard and deck offer plenty of space for entertaining. Plus, you'll enjoy a prime West Shore location within walking distance of Homewood Ski Resort, West Shore Cafe, Obexers Market, and Homewood Marina.

Parking:
Parking is available for a maximum of 3 vehicles. All cars must park on the driveway. No street parking per county ordinance.
Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.

Other things to Note:
* Renters must be 25+
* This is a non-smoking home.
* Pets are not allowed at this home.
* Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 8 adults
* Use of the BBQ is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access.
* Like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There will be fans available for your use!

This is a solid 3 bedroom house with a beautiful, large, well-equipped kitchen and a dining table that expands to seat 10. It has a two-car garage and a small hot tub. I gave it a 4 star rating because not all the jets work on the hot tub and the garage doors are low, so you have to take your skis off to drive in -- for SUVs.

We had a wonderful time at this cabin! It has an amazing kitchen, comfortable rooms and communal space, and wonderful amenities. It is perfectly located for access to Homewood for skiing, and I imagine it would be wonderful in the summer, as well. What's more, we left something at the house, and the management company went to the house, found it and sent it to us, which we so appreciated! Would definitely stay here again!

Our 5 night stay at Buffalo Lodge was perfect! From the houses location we were able to do day trips to just about all of the Lake Tahoe attractions. The house is located in a great spot to start bike rides either way on the bike path, to Squaw Valley or to Meeks Bay. Would definitely rent the house again if were came back to Tahoe!

Nice house but across the street from a noisy party house

Great house for friends who like to cook. The neighborhood is fine and convenient. A local warned us on arrival that a party house was across the street. Cars were parked along the street at night and trash was thrown on the street and yard. Very noisy.

Rented house for friends wedding who was getting married near Tahoma and this location was perfect for our group. There were 3 couples staying here and all of the beds were very comfortable! Place was clean and had full amenities. Would stay here again.

We spent Thanksgiving 2020 in the Buffalo Lodge and had a great time. We were 5 (two couples). We found the lodge very comfortable. The rooms layout is smart and convenient. The kitchen is well equipped so we managed to have yummy meals every day. We used the grill as well. We were looking for an accommodation with a hot tub so we made the most of it.Highly recommended lodge! Location is convenient as it's 10 minutes away from Tahoe City, in a very quiet neighbourhood with great lake views.

Our family recently stayed here for a mid-week get-a-way to the west shore of Lake Tahoe. The property is well maintained with modern dcor and appliances. The beds were comfortable and the setting was quite private as the back yard is mainly open space and the house sits on a wooded corner lot two blocks from the highway.We enjoyed the close proximity and access to the private beach area at Chambers Landing about 1/2 mile away. Although we did not use it, there is a shuttle bus that runs from the neighborhood over to the beach area. The hot tub was a wonderful addition and we enjoyed bbq on the back porch.While staying at Buffalo Lodge, we rented bikes at Homewood and road to Tahoe City, rented a boat in Tahoe city for the day, golfed at Tahoe City Course, and enjoyed several hikes and afternoons on the beach at Chambers Landing.Despite the bear gates and bear boxes there were no yogi's to bee seen this trip--just chipmunks and blue jays!The property management team was awesome in assisting us with retrieving a few items our daughter left behind. Reservation, pre-check-in, check-in and check-out could not have bee easier. Great mobile app and communication.We hope to return again!

We enjoyed staying in the Buffalo Lodge! It was clean, cozy, and comfortable for a family relaxation trip! The location is wonderful. Lake around the corner, deli just up the road and ski rental across from that. Walk to skiing at Homewood! The cabin is stocked and provides everything needed. The hot tub was a great soak in the cold night air! We would rent it again. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your cabin.
