This completely upgraded cozy home is a perfect quick or extended getaway for the family or a couple. Located on the popular Westshore, location is key when you want to enjoy all of the activities Tahoe has to offer! Homewood Resort and Restaurants are just minutes away!

Small and quaint, this home offers a cozy fireplace and a relaxing living room. The living room is equipped with cable and internet! There is also a queen sofa sleeper in the living room for 2 extra guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary amenities and upgraded appliances.

Tahoma offers access to beautiful beaches, biking and hiking as well as being minutes away from the Chambers Landing Bar and Grill, which is located next to a nice sandy public beach. Or venture a few miles south to Sugar Pine Point State Park to enjoy fishing, sandy beaches, historic tours and more hiking trails. In winter you will enjoy being close to popular ski resorts and snow shoeing trails.

Parking is available in the driveway for 2 cars. All cars must park on the driveway. No street parking per county ordinance.

Other things to Note:
* Use of the BBQ is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access.
*Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.
*Renters must be 25+
*Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 2 adults, per El Dorado county ordinance.
This is a non-smoking home.

Love that they allowed us to take our dogs along with us so they could enjoy the summer in the lake too. This place was booked up back to back so no early check in or late checkout. Unfortunate but totally understood. Place is well kept all around. Loved the updated kitchen and bathroom. Right outside was a biking/hiking trail. You’re at the end of a street so it’s really quiet at night with no disturbances! Within decent driving distance to cafes, restaurants and beaches. Casinos were about 30-45 mins away. Just don’t recommend driving at night given the lack of street lights along the highway. Would stay again for sure

Nice quiet rental with brand new kitchen. A great place to relax and restore. Would recommend. Property management company very responsive, brought us a replacement blow dryer within hours of the request.
