Location:
While some may want to stick around the house and have a snow day at the property, perhaps others will want to venture out to the local ski spots like Alpine Meadows/Squaw Valley, or Northstar. On a summer day, simply walk across the street and enjoy a swim.

Parking:
Parking is available for 4 cars total. All cars must park on the driveway. No Garage Access. No street parking per county ordinance.
Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.

Other things to Note:
* Renters must be 25+
* This is a non-smoking home.
* Pets are not allowed at this home.
* Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 12 adults.
* Use of the BBQ is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access.
* Like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There will be fans available for your use!
