This home has Tahoe charm with updated appliances and furniture. The living room and fully equipped kitchen area have an open floor plan allowing everyone to enjoy each other's company. Large windows throughout the house with great natural lighting and gas fireplace make for a welcoming and inviting space to relax. The home theatre/projector in the main room will invite great movie nights for the family. Step outside on the deck and enjoy a morning cup of coffee while breathing in the fresh Tahoe air or dine outside and take in the beautiful forest views. After your long day filled with fun you can come back and take a moment of relaxation in the private hot tub.

This home is conveniently located near major ski resorts with a multitude of summer and winter activities. You will be near many trail heads, beaches, the lake and close to town for any and all necessities.  Head into either Tahoe City or Kings Bach for fun shops to walk, great coffee shops, and many dining options.

Location: 
This home has direct access to trails just two blocks away which is great for both summer hiking and winter sledding, snowshoeing, snowmobiling and backcountry access. Lake access is just 4 blocks down the hill. You are also close to all ski resorts, as Northstar and Palisades Tahoe are only 11 miles away. 

Parking:
Parking is available for 4 cars total. Two in the driveway and two in the garage.  All cars must park in the garage or on the driveway. No street parking per county ordinance. The garage has a high clearance and most Sprinters clear the entrance. Also available in the garage is the 220v EV outlet for your electric car needs. 
Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months. 

Other things to Note:
* Renters must be 25+ 
* This is a non-smoking home. 
* Pets are not allowed at this home. 
* Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 8 adults. 
* Use of the BBQ is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access.
* Like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There will be fans available for your use!

I came to visit this property with several friends. We had a great time and the property was as listed. The carpets were quite dirty, but apart from that the home was fine. It is a great space to relax with friends and enjoy the beautiful scenery of Lake Tahoe. It is in a very nice location and I would definitely visit again.

We had a wonderful stay at this rental property near Northstar and Palisades Tahoe. The fireplace and hot tub were amazing, and the kitchen was fully equipped with top-notch appliances. Everything from the sheets to the bed was perfect. Highly recommend this place!

Couldn’t have asked for a better rental for our family with little kids. Location was amazing, amenities and the house was perfect. It was clean and came with everything we needed. The staff was very accommodating and helpful (we even had to last minute rent a pack n play). My only tiny bit of feedback is that the WiFi wasn’t great so some of us weren’t able to take a work meeting like we hoped, but that was okay. 100% will recommend and would love to come back.

Thoroughly enjoyed this vacation home! The kitchen was a pleasure to cook delicious meals in and the living room with its large window, warm fireplace and large retractable TV screen made for a perfect respite après ski! Thank you for your excellent communication as well with questions.
