Take your next Lake Tahoe vacation to this beautifully remodeled home located in Carnelian Bay. This home has a large deck and many great amenities. Located in a quiet neighborhood, surrounded by trees, giving you a lovely forest feel. You are just 10 minutes from Tahoe City where you will find fun shops to walk, many restaurants and diners, nice beaches to visit, and any necessities for your stay. Just a short distance away (20 minutes) you have 3 major ski resorts with a multitude of fun summer and winter activities.

Enter onto the ground floor where you will find one of the three bedrooms with a nice family room with a pool table! On the second level are two additional bedrooms along with the kitchen and living area. Off the master bedroom is a very large deck to enjoy the fresh Tahoe air while having your morning cup of coffee or dinner in the evening. The upstairs has large windows throughout allowing a lot of natural light and giving you the lovely forest view on a quiet street.

Location:
Located at the top of the Old County neighborhood, you're minutes to endless trails, hiking, biking, and cross country skiing. A short drive into Tahoe City to enjoy shopping and restaurants, and just beyond is Palisades Tahoe and Alpine Meadows. Many local beaches such as Skylandia, Lake Forest Beach, or Patton Beach are just a short drive from the home.

Parking:
Parking is available for 3 cars total. One in the garage and two in the driveway. All cars must park in the garage or on the driveway. No street parking per county ordinance.
Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.

Other things to Note:
* Renters must be 25+
* This is a non-smoking home.
* Pets are not allowed at this home.
* Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 6 adults.
* Use of the BBQ is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access.
* Like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There will be fans available for your use!
