Location:
This home is only 5 minutes to Northstar Ski Resort (Epic Pass), the beaches and grocery store; 15 min to Diamond Peak and just 25 minutes to Palisades/Palisades Alpine (Ikon Pass) and Mount Rose ski resorts.

Parking:
2 Cars in oversized garage, Room for 4 more cars in driveway plus gravel on side of house for boat or RV. No street parking per county ordinance.
Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months – AWD or 4WD with snow tires or chains often recommended/necessary – sometimes required on street, mountain passes and highways or access denied. Check weather or road reports frequently. This house has a west facing “flat” driveway so melts more quickly or is passable more often than others.

Driveway snow is plowed by contract for 4+ inches.

Other things to Note:
* Renters must be 25+
* This is a non-smoking home.
* Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 10 adults.
* Use of the BBQ is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access.
* Like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There will be fans available for your use!

Snowed was perfect for our family Christmas. 4 couples 1 baby 1 daughter 2 dogs. It was perfect for everyone.

Our family of 9 had a great time at this beautiful dog friendly home. Was located close to North Star resort and near kings beach and shops. Only thing was missing was the foosball table which the home owner removed from the house without telling the property managers, as we were looking forward to playing foosball. Front yard has a nice tree swing which was very fun. Master bedroom/family room area shares a fireplace which made the entire home very warm and cozy. Garage was very convenient and large enough to fit 2 full size vehicles which was very nice as well. Kitchen pots and pans were not usable so I suggest bringing your own as well as a coffee machine if you are a coffee drinker. Great place to stay.

Lovely home with plenty of bedrooms for a growing family. We played Left, Right, Center for the master suite which had the jacuzzi tub. Great back patio where we set up a table for more games, kitchen was well stocked. Close to town, beaches, golf and dog trails.

The house was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed and then some. Well maintained and the beds were comfortable and helpfully varied in size. Expensive add-on fees but we were glad to be able to bring the dog. Good location on quiet street.
