This charming home in Talmont Estates of Tahoe City is the perfect location for beach goers, hikers, and anyone that loves the snow. Visit the Tahoe Park beach that is well equipped with BBQ grills, lawn areas, private beach, etc. Avoid the crowds of the public beaches with this exclusive access.

This adorable cabin has 3 levels. The main level has a nice living room with wood fireplace, dining and kitchen area as well as one bedroom. The lowest level has an open room with a Queen Bed and the upper most level of the home has two more bedrooms.

The home is located near hiking and biking trails. Enjoy a walk, hike or bike in the summer to Paige meadows, and in the winter bring those snowshoes and cross country skis and enjoy the same trails to absolute beauty and serenity.

Location:
While the kids (and a few grown-up kids) have a snow day on the property's yard, perhaps others will want to venture out to the local ski spots like Homewood, and Alpine Meadows/Palisades. On a summer day, you will be only a few minutes from beautiful lake beaches. You may choose to grab a latte and breakfast at Tahoe House Cafe or a hearty breakfast at Fire Sign Cafe. For a night out, explore the restaurants in Tahoe City.

Pet Friendly:
Maximum number of dogs allowed is 2, additional fees apply per dog.

Parking:
Parking is available for 3 cars total. All cars must park on the driveway. No street parking per county ordinance.
Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.

Other things to Note:
* Renters must be 25+
* This is a non-smoking home.
* Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 6 adults.
* Use of the BBQ is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access.
* Like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There will be fans available for your use!

**Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of electronically signed Rental Agreement within 48 hours of booking the reservation**

**Available for 2025 ski lease starting as early at January 8, 2025. $4,060 for rent, garbage, internet and driveway snow removal. Review the application on our Ski Lease tab of the Tahoe Rental Company website. Online booking is not available, so please review the ski lease tab, then contact us for more information to determine the next steps to ski or ride like a local this season!

2024 Tahoe Vacation

is our annual vacation. I will say that the rental was less than stellar. The house needs maintenance. The refrigerator light was hanging down ( it has been jury rigged with duck tape that has failed ) and interfering with the food placed on the shelf. We were worried that we would break the light. The freezer motor consistently runs throughout the day. The kitchen cabinets were in disarray and there was major wood dust on all the pots. I have sent pictures to the rental agency. The bed in the upstairs bedroom on the right needs a new mattress needs to be replaced. There is a major divet on the right side of the bed. Very uncomfortable. The floors in the upstairs bathroom as well as the latter room creak and are heard down on both lower floors. Not sure why this is happening. The sofa in the living room is split at the right hand corner. I the deck is lovely.

The cabin is cozy and has everything you need for a great stay. The kitchen is small but well stocked. Our group enjoyed the fireplace during a fall stay and it made the living room so inviting. The deck is gorgeous, a perfect place for coffee in the morning and a beverage in the afternoon after a day at the lake. The location is near the lake, and in a quiet neighborhood, just minutes from Tahoe City.We really enjoyed our stay!

Very comfortable accomodations. The deck underneath the trees was a real gem. We spent lots of time out there listening to the birds and stargazing at night. One week in Tahoe was not enough!@
