Located near ski resorts and public beaches, guests can enjoy hiking trails, shopping, and dining less than a 5 minute drive away. Indulge in local ice cream, play a round of mini-golf, or simply relax on the beach. In winter, delight in the close proximity to premier ski resorts, snowshoeing, and cross-country skiing.

Parking:
Parking is available for 4 cars total, in garage and driveway. All cars must park on the driveway. No street parking per county ordinance.
Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.

Other things to Note:
* Renters must be 25+
* This is a non-smoking home.
* Pets are not allowed at this home.
* Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 8 adults.
* Use of the BBQ is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access.
* Due to the temperate climate, like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There are plenty of fans available in the event that we have an unusual hot spell.
